We only collect data that you provide voluntarily by filling in the newsletter subscription form (name and email) and data generated automatically by your browsing on the site (IP address, device type, pages visited, date and time of access).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send periodic communications with updates about real estate crowdlending in Argentina, measure the site's performance, improve content and respond to enquiries. We do not sell nor transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes unrelated to Morqelio.

The Access to Public Information Agency, the supervisory body of Act 25.326, is empowered to attend complaints and claims related to breaches of applicable personal data protection rules.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No electronic transmission is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, technical or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
